Founder, The Neurodiversity Circle

Hello and welcome! Thank you for your interest in The Neurodiversity Circle.

The idea for TNC came to me in the Fall of 2025. After years of working with Neurodivergent clients, I continued to be astonished at the number of Neurodivergent clients walking through our door. And I found myself disappointed, frustrated and even angered hearing their stories of receiving services that were at best, less than optimal and at worst, abusive and traumatic.

I knew we had to do better. It was time to catch up with the neuroscience, eliminate the deficit model and stop pathologizing. Inspired by my neurodivergent clients, their parents and my neurodivergent colleague, Sami Wallshein, I was inspired to create TNC.

But in order to provide the quality services that Neurodivergent people deserve, we need you. We need to work together to share our resources and expertise, enhance our clinical practices and make it the norm to provide services that are as affirming and respectful to Neurodivergent clients as they are to Neurotypical clients.

We have to join the Neurodiversity Affirming movement.
